  • All domestic & international orders are sent via Australia Post.

    Allow 3- 5  working days for standard delivery to Australian destinations.

    Allow 1-3  working days for express delivery to Australian destinations.

    Allow 5-10  working days for standard delivery to International destinations.

    Shipments made outside of the Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Important to note: All shipment prices (Domestic & International) are based on a maximum of two (2) pairs per shipment. Additional shipping costs will apply if you order more than two (2) pairs in the one order.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Not loving your SOCKINGS®? No problem.

    If you purchased through sockings.com.au, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to return your items. Just include a copy of your receipt with your return, and send it to:

    We assess each return individually and will issue a refund or exchange, as applicable.

    • All refunds are processed back to your original payment method (please allow up to 14 days).

    • Faulty or incorrect items? We’ll cover postage and send a replacement. Proof of fault within 14 days of purchase.

    • Change of mind? Items must be unopened, returned at your own cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    If you purchased from a retailer, returns must go directly to that store. Each store has its own policy, so contact them directly.

    For any billing or payment queries, email us at sockings@sockings.com.au. Charges will appear on your statement as SOCKINGS PTY LTD.
